Comfort is key in all aged-cared facilities, so we strive to provide effective climate control options to suit all living and care options. We can offer features such as self-contained air, toilet and kitchen ventilation systems in each apartment, as well as a hi-wall heat pump split system installed in the living area. Communal facilities can be equipped with air conditioned with centralised VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system and if the complex has a swimming pool we are able to provide heated solutions and exhaust ventilation.
