As a result, we’ve become an industry leader in energy efficiency and a pioneer in sustainable refrigerants.
With the introduction of clean cooling options such as Transcritical CO2, futureproofing has been ensured. Natural refrigerants are a clean-burning, alternative energy source and have very little impact on the environment. It has a lower carbon footprint as it emits 10,000 fewer pounds of carbon per year as compared to standard oil-fuelled furnaces.
2. Energy-efficient merchandising
Energy costs are lowered due to clean cooling solutions such as eco-friendly R290 natural refrigerant in various supermarkets and retailers. Nearly a quarter of green-house gases are emitted by refrigeration technologies. So, we are investing in natural refrigerants and have introduced refrigerated cases with 99% lower environmental impact.

More energy efficient refrigeration
Our energy efficient products such as our display cabinets reduce environmental impacts as well as cost for retailers. We are always working to improve the energy performance of our display cases and refrigeration systems. And, we offer retail optimization services to help food retailers lower energy costs throughout their operations.
All our display cabinets have options available for R744 (CO2) refrigerant for liquid recirculation. CO2 systems have a far lower global warming potential (GWP) than chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbons (HFC) which were the traditional refrigerant. For instance, the common HFC blend R404A has a GWP of 3922 compared to a GWP of 1 for CO2.
We have state of the art testing laboratories in all our main facilities, ensuring that all products are tested and registered to the industry requirements. This means that our products are all certified and compliant to your regional requirements.
